John's role as Broker is a continuation of his involvement as an owner of the brokerage since 2008, and previously as Administration Manager from Oct 2014 to May 2017. Having started his career as a real estate investor while in university, he bought his first apartment building in the last year of his Bachelor of Management degree. Being a selling REALTOR® since 2002, John has grown and managed a team of up to 7, selling residential, condos and commercial investment properties with sales volume to date over $90 Million. 

Fun fact: Lived on a 45 foot powerboat yacht for three years as a child in Victoria, BC and still loves sailing or anything on the water.
